Main Responsibilties:
• Purchasing material for inventory and non-stock items for branches and customer orders.
• Monitoring to make sure fax and/or EDI's went through and confirm expected ship dates and updating system.
• Resolving errors on purchase orders as required.
• Filing Purchase Orders.
• Reviewing reports for stock outs and expediting open orders.
• Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
• Assisting with stock rotations as needed.
• Reviewing line points/ order points for inventory stock levels.
• Updating and informing the material availability status and tentative lead times to the concerned
• Responsible for getting competitive quotes, rate comparison, negotiation
• Responsible for Vendor Selection, Registration
• Raising the Purchase Orders and onward submission to Suppliers
• Follow ups with the suppliers in accordance with Material delivery dates
• Advance material planning for local regular items per consumption Equipment
• Maintaining the Supplier directory and updating as and when changes occur
• Track supplier performance metrics of key suppliers, on time delivery (OTD) and product quality
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Desired Candidate Profile :
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM, Integrated PG, PG Diploma)
1. English Level skills (Writing reading and oral)
2. Communication skills.
3. General knowledge of security products, systems and security applications or electronic background will be prefferd.
4.Graduation.
