Designation / Position: Technical Associate – Recon Services (24/7)

Job Description

• Ensure Turn Around Time (TAT) as per SLAs
• Process Documentation as per Quality norms
• Preparing reports
• Escalation of issues / requirements
Functional Area:
Reconciliation Operations
Roles & Responsibility
• Thorough knowledge in any accounting reconciliation process
• Knowledge in tallying ATM transactions
• Downloading extraction files from various Interchange (Visa & Master)
• Knowledge in Acquiring and Issuing aspects in Card Business
• Knowledge in payments, settlements and passing GL entries
• Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
• Monitoring and reporting
• Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to quality management.
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
Position: Technical Associate – Card Management (24/7)
