Location:Mumbai and bangalore
Exp:3years plus
Primary Skills -
Excellent System Administration experience on Linux (Redhat Enterprise), Any Other Linux OS Distributions like Cents OS etc.
Good at Troubleshooting , Monitoring, Break Fixes, PackageAdministration, Patching, OS/Kernel Upgrades, etc on Linux environment.
Exp in tools like Nagios, Cacti, BMC, Service Now etc is preferred.
Exp in LAMP environments and DB knowledge is preferred.
Comfortable in Remote and Local support with good exposure on Knowledge Transition is preferred.
ITIL Standards on Incident/Change and Problem management
Secondary Skills:
Working knowledge of VMware environments, Exposure to clustering and storage solutions.
Experience in managing Unix COE labs, would be an definite advantage.
You can focus on technical areas like –
RHEL OS Installation, RHEL Cluster, LVM, Mirroring, RAID, Kernel/OS Patching, OS Upgrades, Apache, Tomcat, Mysql, Filesystem management, Design/Implementation experience and overall day to day performance/troubleshooting experience of the candidate.
