Essential Functions:

Good understanding of DO178B STD.

Experience in Design and Development of Embedded Software for 8/16/32/64 bit micro controller.

Experience in C/C++/Assembly programming

Good understanding of any RTOS/Linux

Experience of OOAD and UML for Embedded Software

Experience of developing Firmware

Experience in using any configuration management tool ( SVN, CVS, Clear Case)

Proficiency in using Simulators/ Emulators/Debuggers.

Familiar with any of the bug tracker preferably clear quest

Experience of full Software Development Lifecycle

Good communication and individual ownership of projects.
