Conduct induction programs for new joiners
Assess relevant training needs for all staff
Liaise with functional/departmental managers to fully understand their particular functions training and development needs.
Conduct product refreshers
Develop sales consultants on sales process through live call observation and maintain individual hand holding sheet.
Nominate candidates for training in consultations with Sales Manager
Drawing up an overall training plan.
Producing materials for in-house training.
Evaluating the success of both individual training and the overall program.
Managing the delivery of learning and development programs.
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with managers.
Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
Manage all aspects of training within the organization.
