Opening for Customer Care Executive / Technical Support Executive with MNC at Kolkata .
Job Role :
Job role includes handling inbound customer calls related to different queries / trouble-shooting technical problems over phone.
Job location : Kolkata
Job Description :
- Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
- Attending to customer queries over phone.
- Flexible with rotational shifts (24*7).
- Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream (No BPP/Pursuing Regular course).
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/Any IT Diploma holder are not eligible to apply ( BCA/BSc IT can apply ).
Job Role :
o Handling Customer queries, providing information to them related to different products (Non-Technical process).
o Trouble shooting tech related queries related to desktop/laptop over phone ( tech support).
o Will be getting calls from US and UK customers and have to solve their queries over phone.
Salary : CTC INR 84,000 - 1,80,000 + Performance based incentives
Good Communication skill in English is mandatory as well as flexibility with night shift (24*7). We do have a limited vacancy, so please don't miss this & opportunity .
