Walkins for Trainee engineer (Voice)

Key Responsibilities:
* Will provide 'L0' (Technical ) support to customers.
* Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.
* Responsible for providing the first-line of after-sales telephone support for customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: ( Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
Core Competencies:
* Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal. ( Hindi & English )
* Ability to work in a pressurized environment and able to deliver against a tight timescale.
* Excellent Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills.
* Sound Knowledge of Computer Applications.
* Work in Shifts
