Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking for Recruiters who can attract Best Talent from the Market within specified Time-limit.
You need to be entrepreneurial and professional in both approach and work ethics, with a keen eye for detail with both candidate and requirements and must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals and headhunting and not a recruiter who relies on job board ads or a database.
1) Should have relevant experience in recruiting core IT profiles for all levels, complete knowledge and experience of staffing.
2) Effective Head Hunting and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
3) Proficient on resume search through Portals and using search engines like Google, LinkedIn etc
4) Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT : right from acquiring profiles, conducting personal-HR interview and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date by continuous follow up.
5) Works on hiring for high volume positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.
6) Good in Domain specific or skill specific, good in Market mapping.
7) Sourcing to Interview ratio & Offer to Joining ratio should be higher.
8) Monitoring the hiring cost to be within agreeable limits by effective sourcing of profiles, minimal joining bonus, on time joining to avoid billability loss etc.
9) Maintain MIS of joinings and closures
10) Managing the Team and reporting to HR Manager regarding the requirement status.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Should have Excellent English communication both oral & written (mandatory).
2) Candidate must have done primary schooling from English medium OR convent school only (mandatory).
3) Should be Target oriented and a self-starter and capable to work under pressure.
4) Looking for immediate joiner.
5) Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements.
6) Aggressive, determined, motivated, attention to details, and organized.
7) Must be open to work in extended hours and weekends.
Education Qualification:
Graduate: BE, BCOM,BCS, BSC, BCA.
PG - Any PG Course or Diploma in HR, MPM, MBA in HR.
Experience Required : 3.5 to 5 years.
