Walkins for CCE/Customer Care Executive /CSA

Key Responsibilities:

* Will provide 'L0' (Non-Tech) support to customers.
* Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.
* Responsible for providing the first-line of after-sales telephone support for customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: ( Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)


Core Competencies:
