Desktop Support Engineer (L1 Support):

Excellent Communication skills.

Technical Support- Desktop/ Laptop

Technical Support - Software Application/ Software

Technical Support - Printers/Scanners

Virus Control

Desktop /Laptop Inventory

Handling all hardware related issue.

Troubleshooting of Desktop and Printers.

Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Outlook/ Mail Client .

Maintenance and troubleshooting on application software.

Troubleshooting LAN based network as well VPN related issue at desktop level.Average + Communication skill.

Experience: atleast 8 months in desktop/hardware

Saalry - 8k-10k depending on your technical skills
