Job Description & Responsibilities

** Candidate must have minimum of 6 months experience inend to end recruitment or in field sales interested in recruitment would be fine

** Responsible to work in Field recruitment Mass / bulk hiring

** Accountable for the account management,client management, recruitment and end to end hr process

** Involved in mass recruitment/ Bulk hiring

** Should be more innovative, enthusiastic

** You will be working on revenue based and given incentives based on the revenue generated

** Responsible for getting the database and social networking by interacting with NGOs Campus hiring, conducting job fair etc

**Handling the client end to end recruitment process following up till the joinee and may also be involved in Payroll process

**Source candidates through networking, cold calling, Headhunting, Job boards (Naukri,Times jobs, Monster), LinkedIn, any other effective way of getting candidates

**Display excellent customer service towards internal and external customers

**Create and maintain productive relationships, effectively network and influence candidates

**Hands on experience in job postings, use of mass mailing, downloads in excel etc.
