• To handle In-bound calls at the National Call Centre based in Chennai as per Service Standards set
• To provide customer support for all classes of commercial / personal Insurance business of the company.
• Servicing customer and attending to their needs and problems, providing solutions and suggestions.
• To handle complaints as per defined process and SLAs
• Any other day-to-day tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager
