Purpose of Job

• To Process Accounts Payable Invoices on time and accurately for Non Trade & Trade
• To Reconcile Supplier Statements on time and accurately for Non Trade & Trade
• Process payments to suppliers
• Manage supplier helpdesk (Call Center) and respond to queries on payment status and other vendor related matters
• Handle escalations from suppliers
• Mentor and support process associates and junior process associates in AP team in handling process issues and customer / supplier escalations. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Book AP Invoices in System 21
• Reconcile vendor statements accurately and timely prior to processing payments in System 21
• Call trade suppliers and request statements
• Manage calls from supplier enquiring status on trade payments
• Monthly reporting
• Pass Journals and entries in System 21

(UG - B.Com, B.B.A) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required)

• B. Com graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing end to end Accounts Payable function – Processing Invoices, Reconciling Statements from suppliers, Processing Payments and handling calls from trade suppliers.
• Ability to effectively take calls from suppliers and respond to queries on invoices, payments etc.
• Experienced in using MS Excel. Usage of MS Word and MS PowerPoint desirable.
• Experience at working both independently and a team oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent written, oral skills with an ability to work with overseas customers
