Dear Candidate,
We are conducting DM interviews on Wednesday, 1st August 2012 & request you to come for personal round of interview at :

Venue: Future Group,Plot No. 82,Sector 32,Near Jharsa chowk,Behind Ranbaxy,Gurgaon.

Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  

1. Ensured product availability through on-time replenishment of stocks, regular interaction with Vendors / Suppliers & Brands.
2. Train the team on handling shrinkage, reducing DAD, Standard Operating Procedures, and effective control & track on negative inventory.
3. Successfully managed various periodic marketing campaigns as per organizational charter.
4. Coordination with Zonal Ops. Team & Zonal Category Team for operational & business related tasks respectively.
5. Tacking Inventory on Daily Basis.
6. Maintaining Reports through SAP:-
7. Top line as well as bottom line achievements.
8. Increase the sales through of offer articles & tracking as well as liquidation of Aged stocks if any.
9. Stock tracking in various movements types like GRN (in out), Ensure correct inward of GR as per the agreed margins & offers.
10. Fill Rate reports for purchase orders given.
11. Stock reports for month
12. Merchandise Handling and Replenishments
13. Store Operations : Ensuring the opening and closing of store as per SOP.
14. Handles customer complaints and requests/Issues and resolve issues.
15. Ensures that the team is trained on SAP, Cashiering, Fire safety, PPC and is totally aware of SOP's governing the store.
