Hardware design and development, value engineering experienced engineers
Digital design
oFamiliar with component selections (Controller, active and passives).
oKnowledge on value engineering and product redesign
oKnowledge on Feasibility design analysis and component selection
oAdded advantage if experienced in Aero and Industrial products design and design analysis
oFamiliar with Microprocessors & Microcontrollers (8/16/32 bit) circuits design, Memory interfaces (SDRAM, DDR, Flash, EPROM etc)
oFPGAs & CPLD interfaces (optional)
Analog Design
Familiar with Op-Amp based analog designs
Familiar with SMPS & Power supply related control circuits
Familiar with DC-DC Converters
Analog design based component selection, design analysis, schematic & layout guidelines, PCB Design guidelines
Familiar with Testing the load and line analysis of different inputs of power supplies
Familiar with Testing of EMI/EMC verification
Design and Analysis skills
oBasic analog and digital circuit designs and analysis.
oInterface Power Electronics Devices (op-amp designs, Driver circuit, MOSFETs, Transistors, Power Transistors power supply Ics etc.)
Hardware Communication interfaces and Buses
RS232C, SPI, I2C, IrDA, GbE, USB, Audio and Video interfaces.
Firmware: Assembly and C language (optional)
Tools: OrCAD Capture, PADs logic and GC preview.
Knowledge on quality documentation process and full hardware project life cycle.
Project estimation and capable of handling teams
Knowledge on schematic design and simulation
Should have experience on Vendor interaction (Optional).
Should have experience on product value engineering (reducing product cost and idea generation), have a experience in product development industry added advantage.
Ability to handle independently and should have confident to take any redesign and new development projects.
Note:We need Experience candidate's from Embedded Hardware not from software
