• Installation of GPS hardware in customer vehicles as required
• Establish and maintain product service and support setup
• Analyse and resolve customer queries with a TAT of 24 hours
• Support local sales teams in technical queries for customers and corporate
• Interfacing with engineering and production teams to get issues resolved
• Technical training as required
