Own feature development from conceptualization, definition through delivery
Exhibit strong design and development skills
Take ownership, research, follow up and resolve complex challenges faced by the team across all phases of the development lifecycle.

Must have expert level skills in core Java, XML, Web services and build tools like Ant / Maven .
Must have hands on development experience on Spring, Hibernate ,JSP, Servlets and similar open source technology stack
Experience in configuring and deploying applications in Tomcat / JBOSS / or any equivalent J2EE Application Server on Linux environment
Good exposure to OOAD concepts, Design patterns and UML design skills
Exposure to IoC, AOP concepts
Should be strong on DB skills and preferably familiar with writing stored procedures in MySQL
Exposure to performance tuning, trouble shooting and bug fixing
