*Proficient in PHP 5.0, JavaScript, HTML and MySQL.
*Hands-on any PHP based framework/CMS like Symphony, Cake PHP, Joomla, Drupal, Maganto, Wordpress etc.
*Good to have Object Oriented Programming Skills (PHP5).
*Would be responsible for the entire life cycle of Software Development and Management.
*Create and implement software solutions as per technical and functional design requirements in all phases of development.
*Create and test prototype solutions with input from users and other stakeholders
*Software Training: Provide training and support for users
* Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
* Continuous Improvement and up gradation of Applications
*Database Management:
*Responsible for Database Administration, Database Backup, Data Extraction for the MIS reports
* Provide technical support to users as a member of the IT team support technology needs as per requirement
* Assist with implementing new technologies and upgrades from testing and implementation to production status.
*Fine tuning and optimization of PHP code.
*Knowledge of Web services is a Huge plus.
*Must have Strong communication skills.
*Database experience in at least one of the following: MySQL, MS SQL Server or Sybase.
*Solid track record delivering successful web applications.
*High energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast growing, customer-oriented software company with custom-developed products.
* Can train other team members as well.
