Adhere to standards that are set for application design/development
Hands-on development experience with .NET 2.0/3.0, VB 6, Classical ASP 3.0, ASP.NET ,C#, XSL/XSLT,SQL Server, Web Services, SOA, SOAP, XML ,IIS,CSS
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Highly refined software engineering process facilitation skills with areas of business/functional specialization
Strong in logical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Experience with integrating third party products.
Experience with application implementation and support procedures.
Inclination to work with different technologies and willingness to explore new territories is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft development tools and IDEs
Experience building solutions with SQL Server Reporting Services
Strong interest in exploring new and emerging technologies and tools, and sharing findings with others
